Violette FR x MECCA Masterclass

I'm still thinking about the MECCA All Access Artistry Masterclass with Violette Serrat of Violette_FR, I'm honestly still on a high. 

Seeing Violette in person felt a bit surreal. Her effortless, cool, undone beauty that somehow still feels elevated. I've followed her journey for a while now, so I was standing in that room, in full fan girl mode. 

My makeup draw is already full of Violette_FR products, I was initially drawn to the bold colours of the Yeux Paints. There is a real playful side of the brand. 

My latest favourite the Balm Amour, nourishing lip treatment, a balm that actually works. As well as my most used Bisou Balm shade, Bêtise. 

But the product that always intrigued me and slightly intimidated me for some reason was the Yeux Paint in Dieu Bleu. I'd stare at it, add it to cart, love it and then not buy it. Until that night. Hearing Violette talk about makeup and a reminder that there are no rules, no right or wrong ways to wears colour. It's about mood, expression and play, not perfection!

So I finally bought Dieu Bleu and I can't wait to experiment with it. Messy, bold, imperfect blue fun. 
Because that's the point, right?
