THE MILL HOUSE

Five friends and I who do regular dinner catch ups decided to check out The Mill House  just off Flinders Lane. We entered a very noisy bar thinking what have we done until we walked to the back and were seated at a cozy booth style table, greeted by some very friendly staff and served some unreal food..

The Mill House is a classic example of the gastropub culture Melbourne is developing, quality food with delicate details from talented chefs at reasonable prices. It is relaxed fine dining at its best. A nice surprise for the palette. 

 In the managers words, " We don't want to be just an ordinary pub serving steak and chips" and I tell you, the food was SPOT ON! Fun pub atmosphere, next level food!

KING FISH CEVICHE w/ Coriander, Chili, Onions, Tiger Milk (gf ) 

SMOKED PORK BELLY w/ Couscous, Parsley, Malbec Jus
