 Galentine's Day is a celebration of female friendship, so here I introduce my Galentine, Karishma Kasabia, Founder and Designer at Khòlò.  We met though Instagram and our friendship grew as modern day Insta-pen pals. We finally met in person in December 2017 when I popped into one of her Khòlò Pop Ups (pun intended). It's serendipitous that we decided to shoot in the Fields Summer print, as the very first Khòlò pieces I owned were the very same print. The Grace Summer Flings shorts and Grace Blouse ensemble, which are sadly stuck in Bali with the rest of my possessions (no need to dwell on that). Khòlò has become a staple in my wardrobe as Karishma has become a staple in my life. She's the gal pal that's always there at the perfect time. A stroll around the block where we both delve into the hot topics like any gal pals do... Barefoot Investor, Netflix, sex, anxiety, the usual.. or I'll pop in for styling advice, to use her steamer or drink delectable Chai (she makes the real deal!). It's an easy and honest gal pal friendship. We don't see each other everyday, but we have each others back. Both supportive of each other on our best and worst days. A sounding board for each others creative ideas. We just click. Throw in our need for colours, patterns and fashion with pasta space! It's a no brainer. Keep people in your life that bring you joy. Karishma (and Khòlò) deserve to be celebrated!
