I was invited by Lancôme to experience the launch of Absolue Longevity MD, the brand's most advanced skincare innovation yet, inspired by the science of longevity.

Set at the stunning Alba Thermal Springs & Spa, it was the perfect setting for a day dedicated to both skincare and slowing down. The experience began with an introduction to the science behind the new Absolue Longevity MD range and Lancôme's approach to supporting skin health not just in the moment, but over time.

One of the highlights was a personalised consultation to explore my skin's visible biological age, alongside the opportunity to take home gifted products to experience the range for myself.

It was a beautiful day surrounded by nature, good skincare and a little bit of luxury, exactly the kind of invitation I'm always happy to accept. Thank you to Lancôme for a thoughtful and immersive experience. I left feeling relaxed, refreshed and with a better understanding of the science behind the future of skincare.
