FIJI PHOTO DIARY

2016. What a bitch! I found myself exhausted, moody and counting down the days until my next adventure. Fiji! Rhys' dad lives in a tiny place called Vatudamu in a timber palace in the sky. I had imagined a sunny paradise, instead I arrived to constant rain for the first 4 days. *yawn* Yes. Sleep and relaxation. It was exactly what I needed, to slow down, phone down and eat the delicious restaurant quality meals that kept coming out of the kitchen. (I've already tried to tell his Dad that Browning Catering would be a money maker, he is one hell of a chef!) 

Then out came the sun and the exploring began. I went snorkelling for the first time ( with a reef shark and Nemo... so cool) and tried fishing. I didn't catch anything, but it was fun pretending to be a fisherwomen. 

We stayed in Vatudamu, walked the streets of Savusavu town and checked out Labasa. I took some happy snaps along the way. I just wanted to share with you my Fijian getaway.
