Last night I had the pleasure of attending the third dinner as part of the 10/10 Dinner Series by Sophie Cookes of Cookes Food. The theme ingredient for the evening was "Fish" so I pulled on my Jericho Road Clothing fish pants and headed over to the incredible office space at CAPI HQ. Styled like the classiest fish and chip shop you've ever seen there were fry basket floral arrangements and newspaper party hats. Move over chicken sandwiches, Sophie has created the ultimate Crumbed King George Whiting sandwich. Naturally, I didn't hold back when it came to seconds. Sophie talks about food like poetry. Listening to her talk about Cookes food and how they proudly don't have any standard packages or menus but instead create bespoke one-off menus tailored to her clients, I was fan-girling and wanted to be part of her squad immediately. Congratulations to Sophie on 10 years in the biz and a huge thanks for letting me share this with you. Jodi Crocker - Social Set Media - @socialsetofficial
