Chef Shane Wilson is in the kitchen and he's brought a ripper menu to Anchovy Bandit. Freshly baked sourdough, Coffin Bay oysters, King Prawns with fermented chilli butter and fried legs, Pappardelle and Lamb Ragu and a Tiramisu Gelato Sandwich just to name a few of the highlights. A cocktail menu inspired by the greatest Rom-Coms, named appropriately to match the Chef's Menu options of the Short Film or the Directors Cut. Incredible front of house staff are having just as much fun as the diners, it's great to see an establishment thriving after Covid and enjoying welcoming patrons back to their venue.
